Don’t Miss it: Coaches vs. Cancer Basketball Tournament

Hampton Bays High School is set to host its annual Coaches vs. Cancer Basketball Tournament on Dec. 28 and Dec 29.

The event features teams, including Westhampton Beach, Sag Harbor, Southold and Eastport, and aims to raise money for the American Cancer Society.

Last year’s event procured $5,000 for the non-profit. The event kicks off on Dec. 28 at 11 a.m. and concludes with championship games on Dec. 29 at 12:45 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. Admission is a donation of $5 for adults and $3 for students 13 and older. Students under 12 are free.

Schedule of games:

Dec. 28

 11 a.m. – Westhampton Beach Boys Basketball vs. Eastport

 12:45 p.m. – Hampton Bays Boys Basketball vs. Southold

 3:30 p.m. – Westhampton Beach Girls Basketball vs. Pierson

 5:15 p.m. – Hampton Bays Girls Basketball vs. Connetquot

Dec. 29

 11 a.m. – Girls Consolation Game

 12:45 p.m. Girls Championship Game

 3:30 p.m. Boys Consolation Game

 5:15 p.m. – Boys Championship Game
